Do you take Insurance or Medicare?

I do not participate with Medicare or Medicaid. I currently am working with Headway to accept the following insurance companies: Aetna, United Healthcare, Oscar Health and Oxford.

I can also accept clients for direct cash pay.  At your request, I can provide a "super-bill" with receipt of payment for you to provide to your insurance if you have out-of-network benefits.

What is your cancellation policy?

There is no fee for appointments cancelled prior to 24-hours before your scheduled appointment. You may be billed for 1/3 of the appointment fee for cancellations within 24-hours of appointment. You will be billed for the full charge of the appointment in the event that you no-show and do not call to cancel an appointment.

How do you accept payment?

For patient's using insurance, Headway is used to bill insurance and collection of co-payments.

For patients not using insurance, I will e-mail you an invoice for the appointment.  This invoice can be paid by check or online via credit card.  Payment is requested within a week of invoice.
